Requested repairs not made, unnecessary repairs made, consumer rights violated.:
We have spent over $1600 and two visits to fix problems that have yet to be fixed. Repairs were made that were not necessay, my instructions were not followed and my employee was lied to about sending for a part. I would advise not using this company.
P.S. Per WAC's company policy, any customer who complains must pay cash. Their stated reason is due to customer complaints resulting in the consumer exercising their legal rights to dispute the charges. Their words, not mine: "We've had lots of customers dispute charges and it took months to get our money." Key words "lots of customer dispute[s]."
