Warning: Do not use eclipse limo!:
Working with Eclipse Limo and Joseph Gross was a classic example of a dishonorable business owner telling the customer what they want to hear and then not delivering the goods. Reading the other reviews posted about this business, and having now personally spoken to other past clients with similar stories, it is clear to me that that the whole operation is nothing short of a scam. We ordered three vehicles for our wedding, which we were shown in person, told face to face were available for our day, and paid for in cash in advance. On our wedding day, three vehicles showed up, two of which were not what we ordered. We contracted for two matching white stretch limos and a classic Rolls Royce Cloud. We ended up with one white stretch, one excursion SUV and an Excalibur. This not only wrecked the whole look we were so looking forward to, and the symmetry in style we had planned, but it upset by now-wife in the priceless hours directly before and after our marriage. The best part is that we received no notification at all about any changes. One driver told us that the Rolls Royce had been in an accident that morning. However, after hearing from another past customer who received exactly the same story, it is evident that this business over books and dispatches whatever vehicles they’ve got, regardless of contract. I have since emailed, called and sent a physical letter requesting a proper explanation (a copy of the police report perhaps), and providing Eclipse with an opportunity to make good on our relationship – I have heard nothing after almost four weeks. You’re hopefully going to get married only once, and this business definitely preys upon the fact that you are only ever going to be a one-time customer. Words like deceptive, deceitful and disgraceful come to mind when I think about Eclipse Limo, and I highly recommend you look elsewhere so you do not have a similar experience. And if you’re one of the other dissatisfied customers of Eclipse Limo out there, I urge you to tell your stories here and anywhere else this business is listed.
