Don't Make the Same Mistake We All Did...:
Horrible facility with many health and safety violations.
Management is rude and disgusting when communicating to you.
Carpets reek of cat urine!
If you live on the bottom floor be prepared for what sounds like heards of animals above and an earthquake below, at all hours of the day and night.
Cars have had vandalization issues in their parking structures.
Oh and the biggest whammy...they are slumlords that will lie and cheat to get every penny they can out of you when you leave! Other review sites share exact stories as this, and the reviews below have similarities as well.
These low-lifes will try to hit you with all kinds of fees upon leaving, even if you leave the place in perfect condition. I suggest taking detailed pictures of every inch of the place...the floors...the walls...inside the closets etc. (as I did) and when they come at you with false claims you can put them in their place and file a proper legal report against them! They try to remodel their disgusting apartments ON YOUR DIME after leaving... "Re-glazing sinks and tub"... "new counter-tops". When the place reeks of cat urine, the doors dont shut properly, there are leaky pipes everywhere, the refrigerator doesn't keep food cold (at best room temp) and any spoiled food is coming out of your pocket, windows are so thin you could hear someone f@!t as they walk by, window shutters are janky and fall off all the time, toilets back up and don't flush, the pool is right in front of managments big windows and they stare at you giving nasty looks the whole time (smug)...the list goes on.
Do not pay 1600+ for a place that belongs in Palmdale!
