UFC legend Chuck Liddell dined at Sugar Factory American Brasserie at Paris Las Vegas on Sunday afternoon. The former UFC champion, who was joined by his family, ordered a burger while his wife, Heidi, dined on the pan-roasted Pacific salmon. Akira Back's empire continues to grow, and now the chef has an opening date for his newest venture, Yellowtail Sunset, in West Hollywood. The restaurant from Back, The Light Group and LORE Group (Rock & Reilly's/Pearl's) takes over the former Mirabelle restaurant and plans to bow this fall.
