Zio Carlo Magnolia Brew Pub

Formerly called Zio Carlo Magnolia Brewpub, Chimera produces beer on a Pub 7 bbl Brewhouse and serves beers from other breweries that meet Brewer's Association standards for craft beer. Of its 16 taps, between four and six serve house beers, while the others are on constant rotation. A limited selection of bottled ciders and wine by the glass is also available.
