Warranty honored!:
I am writing to compliment Hanson's for an exchange I had over the last few weeks regarding a warranty issue on my windows. I found that my main bay window had issues between the inner and outer panes. I called the service group at Hanson's, frankly expecting push back. It was one of the most pleasant and quick issues I've ever had. Someone was out to measure in a couple weeks, and just today Pete and Jeff put in the replacement window.
Hanson's clearly values and honors their commitments, and that is a testimony to a dying aspect of our society - good service!

My siding and new gutters have been completed and I wanted to thank Hanson's again for a job well done. In particular I want to commend the siding crew chief - Jason Galazka - for his much appreciated attention to detail, time management, efficiency, and appreciation of the age of my 1936 craftsmen bungalow. He was also very respectful towards me. Each day (Monday to the following Wednesday when I was home or arrived before the crew left) he reviewed throughout and at the end of the day the progress of the installation, what was going on, what was done to insure it was properly installed, etc. I could hear his guidance of his crew - Ed and Devon - which was a mixture of instructional, detail in measurements and application, and customer satisfaction. He is an excellent representative of the professionalism which I have come to expect from Hanson's. I even think my old house feels younger. All I know is that when I drive up to it - it is beautiful even at night. My handyman was here yesterday and was impressed with the caulking and detail around the windows (most of which were installed by your company over the past 2 years). His comment was that all of his customers who have had Hanson's apply new siding have had the same results. Just wanted to let everyone know how grateful I am.

VERY satisfied!:
I was most satisfied with the people who I worked with--from the the door-to-door salesman to the installers, to the lady on the phone. They called to confirm everything, they showed up on time and were always professional and courteous.
I was concerned that I would hear something different from what they told me upfront once the project got started.They did everything as they said they would, from the price to the workmanship to showing up on time. I was very happy that I had nothing to complain about. I had planned to have a friend of a friend do it for me, but when I saw the quality of product and workmanship Hansons provides, I was very glad I went with them. My city has very high inspection codes, and their work passed without a hitch.
