This tiny place reflects the cultural pluralism of its owner, Naila Beniamin, who was born in Russia and grew up in Israel. It offers Middle Eastern dishes, American sandwiches, omelets and pancakes, as well as simple Russian dishes like fine blini. With a flea-market décor and stacks of magazines to peruse, 12 Chairs is a nice little hangout.
