209 Downtown Salon & Spa is located at 209 E Louisiana St Ste A in Mckinney and has been in the business of Spas since 2008.

Received a decent haircut here. Wasn't worth the money. I was the only customer in there the afternoon I went. When I left, I was going to take pictures downtown with my new camera. I went to my purse, and it had disappeared. I asked about it, called twice and was brushed off. If I can't leave my purse in an empty salon for five minutes to get my hair washed without MY things being stolen by an EMPLOYEE, I'll find a new salon. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

209 downtown is my newest find! I had a wonderful experience from victoria at the front desk to lori the owner. I had a facial and some waxing with lainie, she was great! I was well taken care of in my appointment she answered my questions about my skin and informed me on how to better care for it. Then she started the facial...wow! I mean it wow!!!!!!!! I was so relaxed...it has been 4 days since my facial and my skin still feels great to the touch and looks dewy and fresh. I also had my eye brows shapped during the service. My husband even complimented me on them...now for him to notice means a lot. Thank you so much. I will see you all soon.

I'm a spa person and have been to many spas in Texas, other states and outside the United States. I highly recommend 209 Downtown Salon & Spa. You get personal attention, excellent service and a very relaxing environment - one that you truly expect when you go to a spa. If you'd like to escape for a few hours or treat yourself, this is the place to go. Facials and massages are brilliant!

This is by far my favorite spa in DFW. It has a modern, chic very trendy vibe. The staff is always very friendly, right from booking your appointment, through check in to bringing wine and the service during treatments is the BEST I've ever experienced. I've seen several of their esthetician's always hoping to find a "favorite" but they are all so knowledgeable and the results of my treatments are so good I have yet to find one that I don't want to see again. The few massages I've had there are done with perfect pressure, focus on exactly the areas I complain about and are so relaxing I can feel the relaxed results of them for over a week after my treatment. The nail and waxing services are also top notch. The nail technician is friendly, however I prefer to zone out during my mani/pedi's and being able to drift away to spa music is such a great treat. The one problem is the products they carry. There are too many to choose from! I love them all though, especially the recent additions of Eminence and Farm House Fresh. They keep my skin looking fantastic. I'm a huge fan of 209, although I do often try out other places in Dallas because I'm addicted to spas, but i normally come here every other time, often times to correct what a different spa has done lol!
