Also, as of today May 29, 2009! The ignition mechanism will not let the key turn it without really hard pressure, which might break the key any-time now!

Your complaint has been assigned case # Filed on : May 19 2009 Filed by : LJ University Place WA 98467 Filed against : A 24 Hour Emergency Locksmith 10315 Bridgeport Way Lakewood WA 98499 Complaint Description: I called to get my car locks for my car. I lost my keys. I called this number and he said that he would come today it would be $150.00. After he came out he charge $218.00! I still did not get my door key. I caught him rummaging through the inside of my car. He stated he needed a code from the Chevy Dealer. He was rude when I called him the first time and hung-up on me! Then he stated he was not working with me anymore I was a pain in the a@s. I called today and told him I had the key code and he again stated, "I was a pain in the a@s". He was not going to work with me. and I asked what I did to deserve this? He again hung-up on me! He told me not call him anymore! Your Desired Resolution: I want the door key for my car! Without paying any more money and for him to stop being so rude! He was black and I am a 57 white women! This case will be reviewed by a complaint specialist at the Better Business Bureau, and then forwarded to the business for their response. It is our policy to allow the business 10 working days to respond to your complaint.
