He's one of the few businesses I recommend without hesitation (and sometimes without even prompting) to anyone I know who's just moved into a new place or is having any kind of lock issue. He's done two units and the main doors in my building so far, and is the go-to guy for me with any lock / door / security issues.

Locked out of my apartment, I found them online. After a brief conversation on the phone, he met me at my place 30 minutes later and it took him about 8 seconds to open my door. Unable to find my keys in my apartment, he replaced the lock and gave me a new set of keys. As other reviewers have pointed out, he's very friendly and honest. I can't recommend him any higher.

the good - receptionist was super nice and efficient. the locksmith that came out to open up my car was also adorable. bad side is it took them almost 30 minutes to get here so i guess i would recommend them just make sure to tell them it's an emergency so that they get to you faster :)
