They were extremely helpful to me last night when i got locked out of my car - he opened it up with no problems - took him all of 5 minutes - then we checked my ignition and fixed an issue I had where my key would get stuck inside the ignition .... he did not even charge me for that ! lovely guy great service.

I called and they told me that a new lock would be around 35 dollars plus the 35 dollar mandatory service call charge - the guy gets here and he was a ton of locks for me to choose from. I decided to go with a higher security lock for an additional 40 bucks and he went ahead and did a fabulous job installing it for me. I recommend them not only for being very professional and doing great work but also because they were the only locksmith service that actually picked up the phone and took my call. thank you and have a blessed day.

i just recently moved out here not to familiar with the area i got locked out of my car i had no idea of the address but when i called they asked my surroundings and street name (Starbucks on research place) i was on within 25 min a guy from their co showed up i was so relieved thanks

Tonight was the third time I had to use them. Don't ask... anyway once again the tech that came over was really great. Understanding of my situation and made me feel totally comfortable (let's just say that I was left inside a very compromising situation by my nutty girlfriend... - or should i say ex girlfriend at this point). Last time I called the guy that came was the same both times, his name was Dave, this guy I am not sure - but as I said both were here fast and were extremely helpful so thanks.
