Poor Service, Inaccurate prices online:
3 Sister's Beauty Supply did not have everything in stock, but was willing to order if I could wait 5-7 business days...I attempted recently to order online and was rudely contacted by Nikki Crawford via email saying there were errors in their prices online and if I didn't want to pay the actual price she would cancel my order which she did. No apology. No customer service. When I asked to be taken off their mailing list the response was "I will remove you as we need real support." Really??? Customer service goes a long way and I give them a F.
