The name 3rd corner signifies its location on the third corner of what was once Ed Moore's restaurant empire at this odd roundabout at the end of West Point Loma Blvd.

The tiny lot behind the building is often full, and it may take a few minutes of driving around the neighborhood streets to find a spot. But avoid parking in Robb Field after dark.

Set in an old beach bungalow on the outskirts of Ocean Beach, 3rd Corner is part wine shop, part bistro, part neighborhood bar. Intimate, convivial, and unique, you can wander through racks of wine (about 1,000 bottles are available at any given time), pick the one you like, and find yourself a spot to enjoy a menu of small plates and entrees with a French-Mediterranean flair ($5 corkage)....
