This place used to be known as Daddy's, and though they've changed their name, everything else is the same.

Still called Daddy’s for those in the know. This one’s for the slightly graying Levi/leather-loving set, not exactly a casual drink spot. Dark little hole brings the chaps in denim and chaps out for action. You've got your pumping dance music in the bi level bar. $2 Tuesday a bargain, but the real beefcake action happens on Outlaw Thursdays. Please don’t feed the bears.

The atmosphere of this former bear/Levi/leather bar has changed ever since "Daddy's" was dropped from the end of its name. You can expect to find a some diversity in the crowd. 440 Castro gets packed on the weekends, but not to worry: the staff is renowned for their ability to stay sexy and keep the drinks coming.
