This firm seems to have a problem with screening the contractors it uses to provide locksmith services. I arranged an appt based on their quote over the phone for some basic residential work, re-keying some locks. The locksmith that they sent out said it was impossible to re-key the locks to a single key without replacing the mechanism. But they were all standard Quickset locks, key form factor compatible. In the end, he presented me with an invoice that was 5x over the phone quote. I asked him to show me the mechanisms he replaced, and it was apparent that he only re-keyed the locks. The mechanisms were unchanged. I am in process of disputing their invoice and may take this one to court.
