Terrible customer service. We were not informed that payment would be due same day as service, which has never happened with any of the private contractors or small businesses we use - typically, we receive an invoice with 30 days to pay. I spent 45 minutes trying to work out a way to get a check the cleaning man from 5280 (I don't have company checks and the credit card machine in his truck was broken). In response, the employee behaved in an aggressive, violent, and threatening manner. He screamed and cursed at me and punched a wall. He left the building several times only to return to yell and curse and punch things some more. I was genuinely frightened.

The manager is giving us the service for free of charge now, but that is not enough. This man's behavior wasn't just unprofessional, he seriously lost control. It is my sincere impression that 5280 Carpet Cleaning employees are not safe to be around.
