Yes, we said monks. ...There werre a total of 174 Trappist monasteries worldwide (as of April 2011); only seven (six in Belgium and one in the Netherlands) produced Trappist beer and were authorized to label their beers with the Authentic Trappist Product logo. Hence the name. We love beer....
