They left my son stranded at the airport:
Upon arrival, there was no car. When he tried to call the number listed to help you find your driver, there was no answer. All night and this morning. No answer. Customers give their credit card numbers upon booking - that day I had two fraudulent charges on that account. I had to close the card. I truly believe that the company ran the card before picking up my son and found that it was cancelled. They did not try to get in touch to get a new card, nor did they answer the phone when he called from the airport in order to give a new card. They left him stranded. THEY NEVER ANSWERED THEIR PHONE - NOT EVEN THE MORNING AFTER. I had to put in a phony quote request to get the guy to call me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. He was extremely rude when I finally spoke to him. He would not even confirm the number he claimed he called to complain about the card. We suspect he called while my son was still in the air - and gave up after that. No ride. Middle of the night. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
