After another local company proved unreliable on the front end I went to the .99 cent floor store and although the salesman was very polite, everything else was terrible. First, I was told there was a $1000 deposit. Then I was told it was going to be a $500 deposit. I was told that included the cost they were supposed to “float” move, and reassemble whatever was taken apart. That didn’t happen. It was only a few areas & it took a day and a half, I was not told they be finishing up, which is not SO bad but in that extra three hours they could have finished the job. Also, a small piece of my dresser fell off. I did not file a claim since it could easily be put back together. They decided to just leave it, instead of taking up that simple task, (especially seeing as how it was their fault). They left a king size bed completely undone. They didn’t use all the “float” I paid for up front, yet they refuse to refund the amount paid upfront for what wasn’t used!! Not recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!
