The facility will be managed by the operator of two other self storage properties located in the north central valley of California. Of course, we very much appreciate the continued business and loyalty from and by our current tenants. We will be working very hard to provide the finest service possible so that we may deserve their continued tenancy. 9th & X Storage gave my deceased mother's belongings to another person just because they asked! I signed a contract with them and took over payments on my mother's behalf and they gave everything to another person without even asking me and then had the nerve to lie in court and tried to discount the value of the things that were taken. Well over $6000 worth of belongings given to a random person and they refuse to take any type of responsibility. THEY WILL BREAK THE LOCK OFF OF YOUR STORAGE TO ANYONE WHO ASKS!!!!
