Wasn't fooled:
I honestly wanted to like this company. I thought the sales gal was knowledgeable and the office girls seemed very professional. But when it came down to the day of installing my new furnace and heat pump..... I was horrified at what I saw. The head installer that introduced himself to me as - the owner's son - spent most of the day playing on his phone or sitting in the truck. But what really did it, was when I was talking to him, I absolutely smelled alcohol on his breath. I can't let this go, it's dangerous and unprofessional. Beware people, this is what this company sends into your home!
