Buyer Beware!:
This is a "discount dentist" who provides dental implants very cheaply.
I was a patient here and lost 2 out of 3 implants. (I have 5 successful ones from other dentists) I ended up with a serious infection that was not diagnosed properly and abandoned as a patient after signing contracts for implants.
Their x-ray equipment is not up-to-date, something that is critical for placing dental implants precisely. You may initially pay less, but it may cost you a lot more in the long run to correct any problems.
