Back in December we used AB Flooring to replace one room of carpet and install hardwood floors to match the rest of the downstairs. They did a great job helping us find the right stain and were able to match the wood. We can't tell the difference between the new wood and the old wood. Great Job!!

I contacted this company to help repair my carpet which had been stained. They were going to replace it with another piece and came out to match the color which I was told needed to be specially ordered. However, they showed up unannounced the following day with a color that did not match and had not been the one ordered. I refused.

Two weeks later, I called Al the owner, who I had been dealing with and up to that point, had been very helpful to get a status. Well, the order had not been placed yet and I was trying to understand why when he just flipped out, yelled at me and hung up on me. It was totally uncalled for and I was a bit in shock. Despite an email I sent immediately after to try to explain, he never contacted me. I suspect he was highly embarrassed after he read the email and he didn't seem like the kind of person that apologizes, not that I was asking for an apology. Nevertheless, I am glad it was not a large order as this is a person that is probably well past retirement and I would not want to be responsible for causing them to have a heart attack.
