Be Warned and Advised:
Signed an Annual Service Contract with Jason for $96 back in March of 2018 in order to guarantee availability, priority service and standard rates during off hours and holidays. Standard fare, and I have always had them pay for themselves, times over, with the one inevitable holiday emergency. The week before Labor Day, our water heater died, so I called A Cap that evening, after hours as usual emergencies I've experienced, and I got an answering machine which I could not leave a message on because it's mailbox was full and it hung up on me. So I called their main number, and got another answering machine, and left a message on that one. I had a bad feeling about it after the first call's full mailbox, so I proceeded to call someone else just as backup. Good thing I did too, as Jason/A Cap NEVER returned my call to this moment I am typing this, and I had my water heater fixed by a very professional service provider who responded immediately and had us back in hot water in two days, only because it was still under warranty so had to wait for part from warranty supplier. Today is Sept 5, 2018 and I just called Jason to get my $96 back for the contract he broke, and got an answering machine again, so I left a message stating my concerns and demanded he send me a refund for the $96 by Friday or I'll file a complaint with the State Attorney General. Then I called the second number as well to leave the same message, but he answered the phone, to my surprise, frankly. I told him to return my money as I couldn't believe he left us like that after signing a contract and taking our money, which he responded to by saying, "money back? what money? I've been out of business since last year." Which I responded to by saying, "I signed the contract just this last March (2018)" at which point he hung up on me. So, I'm posting these warnings to people at various places, and filing formal complaints with the State Attorney General, etc. I am grateful I was taken for only $96 and nothing more. Any business with Jason is to be avoided at all costs as he can't be trusted in any of his business dealings. Be warned and advised.

Avoid:
We hired Jason (the owner of A Cap Plumbing) to do the plumbing for a project house that I bought with my daughter. Our first mistake was we financed the $9400.00 project with Jason. The bank paid him in full and from then on, we had nothing but problems and felt like we were held hostage to his ranting and raving and bad behavior. His conduct was totally unprofessional. He was vulgar, couldn't speak a sentence without the F Bomb. Didn't matter who was there. My daughter even told him "Jason, you don't have to be so rude" His comment to her was "You ain't seen Fxxking rude yet. We really felt we couldn't do anything about it, we needed him to finish the job. He did get through the rough in inspection. We had a lot of other work that needed to be done before he could finish up the plumbing so when he left after the rough in inspection he told me to give him a 2 week lead time and he would come back and finish up. We did get almost a month behind schedule , but when I contacted Jason to tell him we were ready for him to finish, he told us it would be 6 weeks before he would finish it. I let him know that was not acceptable and he went off the deep end. I have the texts where he told me he would be there may 12 or 13th but that he would be carrying a gun and if we attacked him verbally or physically he had no problem putting holes in us. WOW!!!! So we decided to fire him and hired someone else to finish up this project. When I texted him and told him that we hired another plumber he texted back "good riddance so Fxxk Off coward a@s nasty people with your ugly little ghetto house. " The fact that he has a gun is concerning... . I would NOT recommend A Cap Plumbing for anything.

Great professional service:
They did an awesome job replacing my very old, leaky water heater. They came out fast, were on time, and gave a price before they started. They explained the options for a tankless water heater vs. a tank water heater. I decided to invest in the tankless since it would last longer and provide endless hot water. We also liked that it is more energy efficient.
