Do not hire - contractor has suspended license.:
My experience in working with this contractor has been horrible. He lied about his workmanship, he didn't complete the job, and he took the money and never returned to complete. Contractor has a suspended license for failure to comply with outstanding civil judgement. It is illegal to contract work in the state of california without a valid license. If this contractor tried to contract with you, call the contractors state license board immediately. www.cslb.ca.gov. Whatever you do, do not hire this contractor. P.S. In my opinion, the majority of 5 star reviews around the web of this contractor are written by the the contractor. This gives you an idea of the type of person he is.
