Horrible experience:
I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They replaced the ice making unit in my frigidaire refrigerator several weeks ago because it started leaking water. Even though we told them on the phone what the problem was, they still came unprepared and did not have the replacement part necessary to fix it during the appointment. After they came back 3 weeks later and installed the new unit, the technician told my husband, "if you find any screws laying around, don't worry about it. They were just extra prices." The next day the unit started making a loud humming noise, like the blades of a fan hitting against something plastic. My husband reached into the unit and was able to push the fan back into place, but over the next couple of weeks it continued to happen about every other day. Today, a technician was supposed to be at my house between 8am and 12pm. When I still hadn't heard from them at 12, I called the office and was told that they would call back when they got in touch with the technician. They never called back so I called them again at 1, at which point the supervisor got on the phone and told me that they tried to call me 5 times and my phone was "inactive" so they went to the next stop. I mentioned that my phone could not be inactive if I was speaking to him on it, and he continued to lie about trying to call me. He promised that the technician would come back to my house next. At 3 pm I called again and was given an attitude about just waiting until he got there. The technician FINALLY showed up at 4, walked into my house without introducing himself and rudely said "what's the problem." When I explained he asked to borrow a flashlight because he didn't bring one, shone it into the ice maker, and declared there was no problem. After arguing with me about it for a while and getting my husband on the phone to re-explain the problem, he said there was nothing he could do and left. Needless to say, we will be contacting frigidaire about this company tomorrow and getting another company to come fix the problem. I would never suggest that anyone use this company. Avoid this company at all costs!

Frustrating experience:
Called A&D because they work on LG's while few others do. When I set the appointment I knew exactly what was needed after research identified by the error code and trouble shooting on the phone with LG; the door lock switch. I explained it to them and told them the part needed. I would have ordered one on line and put it in myself but decided to have a professional do it. Although they claim one day service, my appointment was scheduled 5 days out. With a family of 5 it meant many trips to the Laundromat but at least it gave them time to get the part if they did not have it. My appointment window was from 12-4 on a Thursday and the technician arrived at 4:10. He was here for 5 minutes-- saw the code, and said he needed to order the door lock switch part! My wife called the office the next day because no one was in after 4:00. She asked why after we explained what LG had told us they would not only come without the part, but why they were late with no call, and why the technician told us he had no idea what it would cost or when it would come in. The guy was very rude to her and told her that I wasn't clear about what was needed! Anyway, that trip cost us $110.00. We are now at the mercy of A&D. they get back to us the next Tuesday and set up an appointment for the following Saturday with a window from 12-4. That Saturday no one showed up or called! Naturally there was no one in the office to talk to on Saturday. Finally after waiting until Monday and leaving a message I was called and set up a morning appointment for the next day. I took the morning off from work and they came and installed the part in 5 minutes. Final total bill after all this was $251.06. I asked for a $50 discount because of the missteps and miscommunication on their part and I was told they would put my name down for a $50 coupon if I used them again for another appliance call... fat chance of that happening. I myself am in the service business and I never write negative reviews because I know things happen. But this was totally ridiculous. Don't use them.
