These people came to fix my washing MACHINe and it has been 4 weeks since they came and charged me $80 bucks. They have no response to what is the part number for the machine. If I do not call them, I never receive any updates as of what's going on or if and when the technician will come back.
They sure cashed the check tough. It was supposedly going to be applied towards the repair, that never happens, because they are still "researching". How long do you think it takes to research a part number??? 5 minutes? One week?

Well these people are still researching after 4 weeks...

Don't waste your money with these people. They are extremely unprofessional. Crooks!!!
