I already did recommend Payless to a friend. They were at my house within about 3 hours of my first notice to Service Magic on the Internet. The technician was polite and seemed very knowledgeable. He also went the extra distance to find a technician in the area, with the type of water heater I wanted in his truck, got the appliance to my house and installed it right that evening. He didn't leave my house until about 7pm. I was grateful to have it installed so quickly and efficiently the same day.
