I like Soundwerks because they have quality products and good prices. I feel very comfortable going there even though I know little about car stereo equipment. Much better prices than Best Buy.

Owner is a Liar..:
This 'GUY' is a crook and a liar. That is the owners name, and let me tell you about my experience.
I called him looking for amplifier repair in Phoenix, he said for me to bring my amp down and he would take a look. When I dropped it off, he told me he would look at it that night, or the next morning.
A couple days later, I call to get the manager that makes excuses for the owner and tells me to call back in '2 Weeks'. We continue playing this game for 4 months, sometimes I speak with the manager, sometimes with GUY.
During the many calls, Guy told me that the Fets were blown and he was trying to locate them. Then another time, he was waiting for the Fets to be shipped, then another time they had arrived but he hadn't had time to put them in..
On my last visit GUY tells the manager to return my amplier and tell me that he can not locate the parts. I leave their store with my amplier to notice that the warranty sticker hasn't been removed.
HE KEPT MY AMPLIFIER FOR FOUR MONTHS, AND NEVER BOTHERED TO OPEN UP THE CASE!!
I tried to call and speak directly to GUY about this problem.. See what he had to say for himself, but he had his employees do his speaking and told me to F off.
I called the other location of SoundWerks off of Scottsdale Road and spoke to the owner of that location.. Very different experience..
He appologized for the other location and told me that he would speak to GUY..
He also had my amplifier fixed in less than two days.. Guess what, he knew how to remove the warranty sticker and actually do some work..
GUY needs to lose his business license, stop telling lies to customers, and maybe kick a drug habit..
