Rude and nasty.:
My furnace went out on Saturday in a snowstorm. They promised to be here by noon Monday. When I called Monday, after they didn't show they didn't know who I was, never heard of me. Said they would be charging OT rates during normal hours because they were "very busy". Got someone else to fix furnace. After I called to cancel them I got a rude email back - "...a company can only help so many people and seeing that you’re a person who takes up to 4 years to make a decision on your heating equipment makes me happy that someone else can call you their customer...Your e-mails have been helpful in making sure that we screen our calls well enough to weed out people like you."
