I have to say, in an era where good customer service is as rare as finding a parking space in midtown, it is so relieving to know that this company goes above and beyond the call of duty. The drivers are so friendly and should all be commended on their work!

Each of the three times I used them I was late for the pick-up time and the drivers waited, greeting me when I finally came with a smile. Once, I was 2hours late from a flight and the driver waited the entire time. Once I landed he was in constant contact with me so that I wouldn't have any problem finding him at the passenger pick-up.
