I don't typically write online reviews, but I wanted to warn people. Not only does she not get your items finished until several weeks after she has promised, but in the interim you have to deal with her always saying it will be ready the next day, yet treating you rudely and acting as if you're a terrible, nagging customer when you call to see if it is done. To make it worse, she has no regular hours and no answering machine and may not even be there at the time she has told you to come pick up. And to top it off, she charges you more than originally discussed and says things like oh "$25, that will not even buy you lunch" as her response to me pulling up my online credit card statement to show her I had already paid that part of the balance. All in all you will have negative experience and somehow it will all be your fault "because she has a life." Her end product is fine, but how unprofessional she is by far overshadows that.
