This shop was the best thing my car has ever seen ....... Brian took care of it all from start to finish ...... and what a Great !!! finish the car had not only the front that they replaced but the whole car was polish and wax......cleaned my inside too.....I crash my car in Garden City on Steward Ave. on a sunday evening at 7:30 p.m. and had to get to work by 6:30 a.m. on monday the tow driver offered to call Brian his boss and see if he could meet us at the shop and arrange for a rental car because A1 Grand Auto Body not only have a 24 Hr towing service but also are a Hertz rental center in house . Brian was already at the shop by the time the police finished the report.He had pulled out a 2009 Mazda the same car as mine but one year newer . When we went into the office Brian scan my reg and Ins. Card and within 15 min. we were done.... I told Brian what a remarkable business he had and and his mannerism is second to NONE .... Keep up the great work A1 .... you are # 1 in my Book
