I needed a washer repaired and the same day I was able to get a knowledgeable and friendly technician. In just an hour my washer was fixed and it was very affordable. I made sure they left their company sticker on my washer because I will definitely be calling them again.

I called this company and scheduled a service for my refrigerator because it wasn't running. They sent out this guy and I swear all he did is plugged my refrigerator to one of the tool that he brought with him to the outlet and based on the tool or thermometer or whatever that thing is he told me that my compressor is death and that it is cheaper to purchase a new one than to fix it. I was devastated because I just moved into this new place and the refrigerator is fairly new (made in 2006). He was there for 1/2 an hour and I had to pay him $75 bucks for it. Not to mention he was wining to me about how he loaned his friend $700 and how he is not able to get it back. Since I did not have the money to purchase a new one, I called GE up and they sent out a guy to take a look at it and it turned out the motherboard of the refrigerator was defected. I got my refrigerator back up and running... thanks goodness!! I just want AAA Able Appliance Service to tell their employees to not give false information, spend sometimes look into the issue instead of relying on the freaking tool. I could have spend thousand of dollars for a new one. Still p@!%!d me off that I have to pay 75 dollars for him. I WOULD NOT recommend using this company. Call the made company is the best way to go.
