I made an app with John from AAA All Drains Septic. I tried to call John several times to confirm what the other companies had told me. If those companies were wrong, then I would be forced to dig a hole in order to reach the septic tank. However, I tried to call John several times with no prevail. Moreover, no one called me to confirm our appointment. AAA All Drains Septic showed up and their truck sat in front of my house for several minutes before John decided to call me. He stated, "This did not look like your house." I was dumbfounded by his remark because he did not know me, so how would this not look like my house? I then walk outside to meet him only to get met with lots of anger from John. I asked him about accessibility with those two caps mentioned earlier. John then snaps at me. I respond, "I do not know these things and I am only asking so I can be educated on this subject." John then goes on to angrily tell me how he traveled far to a prior customer's house who had cancelled their appointment without calling. I responded, "I understand how you feel and I agree. However, you should not take this out on me, and you need to calm down." John continued to blast me with anger and stated, "how would you feel if that happened to you?!"Then he walked back to his truck and left without saying anything more. This man needs to continue walking right to a customer service class and an anger management class as well. Furthermore, AAA All Drains Septic advertises coupons on their website but does not honor them. This is deceptive advertising, which will eventually result in a law suit. How this company is in business is beyond me!
