Sounded like a great idea - worst nightmare! Never was applied well enough. Repeatedly had to have touched up from the beginning - they even missed a spot because of taping off.

You have to have their cleaner- it doesn't clean. Otherwise they void the warranty. Within a year it need to be fixed - charged us a deductible $90.
A year later - guess what. Back where we started. They have horrible customer service - they file you by account number not your name so it takes them forever to find your paperwork and call you back.

Please save yourself the frustration and money and go elsewhere or remodel your bathroom. It has been nothing but a constant reminder every day we made bad choice. Not to mention is wasn't cheap.
