I live in downtown Richmond and needed a place to store my stuff near the city of Richmond. I am familiar with two other downtown self storage facilities but heard about this new, nice and clean self storage just 1/2 mile north of Broad and Belvidere, just 200 yards north of I-95. When I visited this self storage I could not believe how nice it was compared to others. The main office was like a hotel lobby. The manager was really professional, greeted me with a smile and showed me around the building. This place has it all. It is all on one floor with five covered loading areas located around the building. There is a business center, retail center, conference room, small offices for rent, wide carpeted hallways, music playing in the hallways, climate control, security cameras, keypad access, free use of rental truck with move in, etc. If you need self storage and live in the city of Richmond this is the place for you.

I am a student at VCU who lives in the city of Richmond. Last year I stored at the U-Haul near VCU and it was just OK. I heard about a new storage facility close to campus so I decided to check it out since I needed to store my things this spring semester. This place is just 3/4 mile north of campus on Belvidere/Chamberlayne Avenue. It is totally better than U-Haul. They have big wide hallways with music playing. I used to get the creeps in the quiet hallways at U-Haul. This place is new, clean and climate controlled. There are a bunch of loading areas and the whole place is on one floor.......no more moving stuff up stairs or waiting in line for the elevator like at U-Haul. This place rocks!
