Abc Building Supplies Inc

I was building a new house about 2 years ago. I asked around if anyone could recommend a place for me to buy my windows. Everyone I asked told me to go to ABC. I went there looking for windows and ended up buying everything they sold to supply my home. I bought windows, interior and exterior doors, cabinets, flooring, moldings, garage, granite etc...Believe me I shopped around for the best price and quality and ABC Building Supplies were the best. They were informative and kind. They took their time to explain to me what my options were and what I needed to do to save money. I read the comment of tokki2000 and I don't know what she did, but I LOVE ABC! I went online right now to find their phone number to order some more supplies for my rental property and came across this site. I felt tokki2000 gave an unfair review. When you are shopping for a product you should have been informed of what you wanted, going to a dealer that specialized in wholesale supplies you can't just walk in a ask for "standard size". Believe me from experience in building my home there is no such thing as "standard size". Next time do your homework before you get mad at people.

I should've known why someone above wrote such a bad review. I went there today only to confirm that they had the worst service EVER. It's not really "they", it's the crazy owner lady who was the rudest person I've ever seen. That fat PIG must hate skinny woman or something. She needs a psychiatric help.

When I asked for the price range for the french door, she yelled "if no size, I don't give you price" so I re-phrased my question to "what would be the price range for the standard size french door like the ones they sell at Home Depot or Lowe's?" I was smiling although she was totally rude. Then she threw something in her hand at me (didn't hit me though) then slammed on her desk then said "Then go to Home Depot!!! Get OUT!!" By now, I'm totally started.

I told her to calm down and asked why she's yelling and pointing finger about 2 inches from my nose. Then she said "I'm NOT YELLLLLLINGGGGGG! Get OOOOUUUUTTT!"

What the heck. By then, I've had enough so I had to give her piece of my mind about how I feel sorry for her husband (that's if she had any). She was still yelling "get out" about 5 times so I told her to fxxx off then left. What the heck was that all about.

The only thing I did was mention the "standard size like the ones at Home Depot" then she was getting violent???! I thought about calling the police but I wanted to report this to Better Business Bureau instead. What a nasty experience! I still feel sorry for her miserable life and unhappiness. Totally wasting her life doing unpleasant things.
