I stopped in to sign my wife up for a class she found on the internet and really wanted to take. The woman who identified herself as the owner (poor employees) could not have been LESS helpful or more apathetic. I have launched and continue to manage 2 small businesses - if ANY of my employees including a family member interacted with a cheerful positive customer the way she did toward me - I would FIRE them on the spot. I actually asked her if I had done something wrong by asking to sign up for a class and she mumbled that she didn't really know what I wanted. The only way I could have felt less appreciated was if she had thrown a pot of knife at me on the way out the door. I will now look toward the numerous other opportunities in the Charlotte area.‎
