Worst Customer Service Ever:
This is the worst company for follow up. I have had three follow up appointments ignored. Three no call, no show appointments. I have a window that will not stay up. I've been told that this is an easy fix, but knowing nothing about windows, and the fact that they are being paid to install windows correctly the first time, I'm not about to look into fixing this myself. Thankfully, my landlord (who is out of the country and has asked me to get this done correctly.) is withholding final payment until they respond.
