Very professional. Had several quotes and they were competitively priced. Took time to explain several options in detail and address all of my concerns. They showed up after I left for work one day. When I came home, you could barely tell they had been there. My neighbor said all of my plants had been uprooted and moved while they worked. I could barely tell. They also caulked around my windows and fixed all mortar cracks by hand. Dealing with foundation issues is about as fun as going to the dentist so I really appreciate everything Stratum did to make the process as painless as possible... And it's also nice to be able to close doors now. Highly recommend
