I do not recommend:
I hired Mike from Absolute Video several months ago to set up my wireless music, install speakers, install TV's and set up remotes. There were a few bumps in the road with Mike sending me updated proposals..always forgetting. Fast forward, his guy Don came on the scheduled day and did a fine job of installing and giving me directions. He gave me his contact info just in case I had any issues with the remotes. I did have a problem over the summer and called Mike for help reprogramming my remotes. He called me back within 20 minutes and walked me thru the process. Now is where I gave only one star. Part of the deal was customer service for me going forward. Both Don and Mike promised me that if I had any problems they would help me thru over the phone. I did not have furniture at the time so all the pieces were left on the floor, but Mike said they would come back and put in cabinet, just let him know when I have furniture. I called in June and we set up an ppt for the Thurs before 4th of July as I was having a houseful of guests. No one came, no one called and it has been since July 3rd that I have not gotten a courtesy call back, email or text. I have called, emailed and texted many times since then. NOTHING. I am beyond mad and disappointed. This is not good customer service at all. I understand being busy, but ignoring customers is not good business. My husband has even called, nothing. One of my biggest concerns is now coming true...having the person that I hired to wire and install not be available for help. I have had problems with the remotes and the TV's and need to call another company. I would NOT use this company if you want an ongoing working relationship. Terribly frustrated and disappointed.Clearly I do not have what I MOST wanted which was remote service after installation!!
