Ermias came to the US six years ago. Upon moving from Chicago to New Orleans, he realized that he could not find Ethiopian food anywhere in the area. Determined to share the goodness of hid homeland's cuisine, he and his family opened Cafe Abyssinia. We invite you to experience the flavors of Addis Ababa.
