Never sent complete order - still charged me!:
I was expecting my first child and ordered maternity clothes through their site. They charged me the day of the order. 4 weeks later I had to attempt to reach them by phone and e-mail and eventually through the BBB. No reply to any of these except they finally sent most of the order except one scrub top. It has been 4 months and I have had my child and have yet receive the top or a refund. Do not use this company!!!!
Accent Uniforms is a rip off:
I ordered four scrub tops - received one. Did not receive the other three or the refund I requested. Reported to the BBB - the company did not respond to them. Buyer Beware.
Unprofessional:
I used accent uniforms once before and it was great. The second time I used them, I never recieved my order. After 2 phone calls and 2 emails with no respinse, I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. I could not believe they would not respond to me. Not a professional way to do business!
