If you want to see idiots at work stop in here. Lines are long, they won't help you find what you need and you know why? They are too busy writing orders for more useless stuff to care the slightest bit about the customer! The guy at customer service that i met was too busy to help me find what I need why? He was flipping through a catalog and not assisting anyone! High turnover rate due to poor customer service. They just bring on the newest member of the family to run the business and that does not mean they are qualified to run it!
