I wouldn't take a pet rock here. My 16-year old cat needed PU surgery and I was referred here. My cat was in overall good health and had expunged his blockage. This was a surgery to prevent kidney stoe blackage from recurring. This vet "Hospital" left my cat unattended after surgery, and the vet LEFT FOR LUNCH! My cat made it through surgery and died of hypothermia in recovery. I requested that they waive the surgery fee and they denied me. They wouldn't even release my cat's body until I paid! I paid, then I filed a complaint through the BBB. Their oiginal reponse was that my cat was 16 years old and they warned me there were risks. I retorted that the only risk was taking him there, and the fact he was 16 was the primary reason they should have NEVER let him unattended without a veterinarian on the premise. Had I known this was the case, I never would have taken my baby to this sorry place. They finally refunded my money, but Rascal died in July, and they money wasn't the point. I'm still not over his sudden passing. I left him in the care of idiots!
