Horrible management company! DO NOT MOVE HERE! These people will always find desperate people to move in because 1, they require no move-in deposit .. and 2, they are cheap. However, you do get what you pay for, which comes along with bad/poor/non-existent maintenance, huge tree roaches everywhere inside and out, and flooded apartments. In the lease contract, they state that things will be fixed within 48 hours ... however, it took them 8 months to replace a new washing machine, 4 months to fix the dishwasher, 2 months to fix the stove, and I still have a leak from the ceiling, poor plumbing, no closet doors, and a front door with a huge gap that allows roaches to come visit me during non-visitation hours! This place is a dump!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am in the process of uploading pics to my computer, which I will post so people can see what I'm talking about.
