I ordered a college graduation video from this company. The price was $19.99 for the DVD tax (8.125%) and $7.95 S/H. I paid the amount asked. Six weeks after I ordered the DVD I received a call saying I owed an additional $6.50. I called twice and left messages to inquire about the "new" charge. Finally I received a call back and I was told that it was a late charge. The lady I spoke with yelled at me the entire conversation. She insisted that on the form it said to pay an additional $5.00 for an archival fee (ok now it’s an archival fee). Archival fee? It was 3 days after my graduation. I asked for a refund and she told me no because the DVD was already made (which will never hold because it doesn't say anything about no refunds). I guess she got so frustrated with me asking about the archival fee that she hung up on me. She called back 10 minutes later to tell me that my balance was $6.14 (is it $6.50 or $6.14 make up your mind). I asked her what her name was so that I could report her. She sarcastically said "Oh, I'm so scared." I was completely appalled. She also TRIED to insult me telling me that I must not know how to add because I sent the incorrect amount. I said to her that I was sorry that she was having a bad day, but this was totally unprofessional of her. I told her I just wanted my DVD and her name. She said (and I quote), "Lady you're not getting sh**!" and hung up on me again. I had it on speaker phone when she said that and all of my co-workers heard her and were in complete shock that someone who is representing a company would be so rude and unprofessional and still be working there. I've contacted the college to see if I could get any help with getting the DVD I ordered. With all the abuse I received from this company I should get my DVD and my money back.

Well, I still haven’t received my DVD. The lady at the company keeps calling and harassing me at home. She leaves messages on my machine telling me I’m a liar and that I won’t be getting a DVD.
