Called them to come out to possibly change a lock. Gave a astronimical price for a simple lock change, when we refused the guy got angry and started asking for travel fees which we never was told. When contacted the so called owner 'john niam', he said 'you never asked'. We will alert the authorites for a possible fake business practices. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! FOR SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY!!!
