Absolutely horrible. Luckily it did not cost me anything. I have ACTIVE termites and need treatment ASAP and called to setup an inspection and estimate. Spoke with Benny and he made an appointment for 8:30am. I told him I had another company coming for an estimate at 10:30 so he must be complete and gone. He assured me that wouldn't be a problem because I was on a basement. Well today at 9:15 I called the Active Pest Control office and they put me through to Benny. He said he was in a meeting until 9:00 but could come out at 12:00. Needless to say I told him don't bother. If that is the service you get before you are a customer on a contract I can only imagine the service after they have your money. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
